Jacob graduated Magna Cum Laude from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Political Science with a certificate in International Studies. During his undergrad career, he was the President and one of the co-founders of March For Our Lives at ASU where he also served as Vice President, co-Treasurer, and President as well as the club liaison for NextGen ASU.

Jacob is currently pursuing a Master's of Public Administration from Arizona State University as a Sackton Fellow. 

Jacob is a member of Pi Sigma Alpha, the National Political Science Honor Society.

Currently, Jacob is an elected Precinct Committeeman from the Wahalla precinct in LD 27.

Jacob is passionate about ending the ongoing gun violence epidemic by addressing the root causes of gun violence, ensuring that every child receives a high-quality education regardless of zip code, and building an economy that works for everyone, not just the few.

During the 2018 election, Jacob worked for the campaign of Kathy Hoffman as an intern and in 2020 Jacob worked as the Communications Director for Kathleen Honne! In 2021, Jacob was a Communications Fellow for Kathy Hoffman. In 2022, Jacob worked for the ADLCC as a Communications Assistant.
